Today we made a new photo quilt for the wall in the activity room. We keep it full with pictures throughout the year! We always like looking through our photos!

Rummage/Bake Sale 2012!

The Rummage/Bake sale was a success! We made a record amount this year, with a grand total of $524.02!! But most importantly, we had a great time and great weather. It was nice to hang out outside on these beautiful days! The proceeds from the sale is going towards an outing to Frankenmuth! Each residents will choose if they would like to go to Zehnders or the Bavarian Inn for a famous chicken dinner! After dinner, they will be shopping at the River Place shopping center in Frankenmuth! Thanks to all that helped out with the sale this year!

Besides that, we are just getting the house together STILL and thinking about planning a vacation. We did go to Ikea on Sunday and got a few new fabulous things for the guest room...

I'm going to join a photography group in Novi too, starting next week Tuesday. It will meet every month downtown... can't wait! I also decided I need to get a small camera to have so I can take more pics when I'm out and about! I can't lug my Canon around all the time and there are so many times I just want to take a pic but have no camera! So with this new year I decided to keep a blog. Let's see how often I update, shall we? I would like to get more organized with uploading my photos and posting them more often, possibly even work on my website some more and incorporate some flash into it like I've been wanting to do... Seems like I haven't had a lot of time and all lately with buying a house and all! Been doing a lot of shopping and decorating lately and getting REALLY sick of Home Depot. But now that I actually have a space to work in, it going to be good times.
